Our Jumpstart service is designed to help you address issues or challenges with your existing Shopify store. The process begins with a focused, Google Meet session (up to 2 hours) where we discuss your store's problems and diagnose the issue.
How it works:
We will book a Google Meet session to pinpoint the problem within 1-2 working days.
During the meeting, you'll need to provide your Shopify Collaborator Request Code so we can access your store. If the issue can be resolved within the meeting timeframe, there are no additional charges.
If further work is needed, we'll provide an estimate for the additional time and costs after addressing the issue.
